I saw you mention in the comments that you plan on attending our crusade on Saturday. I've attended Lord's Chosen my whole life because of my parents, so let me just give you some advice in all caps—CANCEL ALL YOUR PLANS FOR THAT DAY! You’ll be in church all day. Or better still, just come late. And by late, I mean 12–1 PM kind of late—because even by 2 PM, people will still be sharing testimonies.
I still think it’s a great church (not for me, though 🤧), mainly because they are pro-holiness, which is rare nowadays. And yes, most of the stereotypes are just exaggerated 🙂. Plus, going to the HQ might give you a broader view of the church and its members.
Don't worry—you’ll hear towards the end of the G.O.'s sermon how women who wear trousers and makeup are going to hellfire.
